What Does A Notary Do?
In order for a legal notary to take place, certain steps must be followed:
1. The document signer must personally appear.
2. The notary must identify the signer.
3. The notary must be impartial and disinterested
4. The notary must make a record.
5. The notary must hold and scan the document.
